We are open March 1st through the end of November. Summer only positions also available. The person who holds this positions will be responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. Individuals looking to apply will be hardworking, outgoing, have flexible schedule, minimal computer skills for working with an online reservation system and basic math and money handling skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls & book reservations Answer questions from walk-up traffic Check-in participants and complete waivers Sell merchandise Ability to operate point-of-sale system and handle money
Qualifications:
No previous experience is required. On the job training will be provided Need to be able to work in the standing position for extended periods of time and withstand the heat/humidity during the summer months Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and mange time effectively Must be available to work evenings (until 9pm) and weekends Must pass background check and drug screening
