Role and Responsibilities:

1. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store. 2. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend solutions. 3. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied. 4. Greet customers and process customer orders. Answer customers’ questions about specific products. 5. Monitor inventory/complete weekly inventory to ensure products are in stock. 6. Receive stock and organize new inventory, which includes lifting and moving heavy boxes. 7. Inform customers about discounts and special offers. 8. Stay up to date with new & current inventory. 9. Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stockroom, bathroom, etc. 10. Complete morning task, closing task, and assist customers. •

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High school diploma, 1 year in /Retail/Liquor store sales, 21 years of age, able to pass a drug screen and background check, ability to use a computer and utilize a point-of-sale system, regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store. I t is essential that you have reliable transportation, have the ability to stand for 9 hours, stay off your cell phone during working hours, be a self motivator, willingness to learn, ability to ask for help and make judgment calls in the event that a manager isn’t available. If you’re someone who calls out of work regularly, this isn’t the place for you.

Part-time Pay:

$14.00 per hour depending on experience Expected hours: 9 hours per day; 1-2 days a week.

Shift:

9-10 hours per day

Days:

MONDAY (10am-7pm) TUESDAY (10am-7pm) •As needed Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday•

OFF:

SUNDAY. Employment at coastal spirits is a fun and busy work environment. Working together is essential and customer service must be exceptional. If any of the following will be difficult for you, then this is not the place for you: stay off your cell phone during work hours, complete daily task, (including but not limited to; restocking, inventory management, using a mop & vacuum, dusting, organizing, breaking down boxes) arrive to work on time/not call out every shift
