In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing friendly, reliable support from the initial phone call through to the final bill. This position requires a strong background in customer service and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors at the front desk Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or chat in a friendly, helpful manner Direct customers to the right team member when needed Billing tasks such as entering invoices and updating account info Outbound calls to follow up on unpaid balances or billing issues Compensation This role includes hourly base pay – with monthly and quarterly bonuses targets.
