Role Overview:
Experienced Service Advisor Be part of a team servicing 20,000 cars daily while fostering customer loyalty. As a Service Advisor, you’ll connect customers and Service Technicians, leveraging technology to deliver exceptional service and ensure vehicle safety. Key Responsibilities Manage appointments and meet sales/customer satisfaction goals. Greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and explain repair recommendations. Produce transparent repair orders with clear cost and time estimates. Maintain communication with customers, technicians, and parts teams. Provide exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Sales or customer service experience preferred.
