We are seeking a reliable and motivated Service Advisor Assistant to support our Service Department operations, with a strong focus on assisting Quick Lube customers. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient service flow and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist Quick Lube customers upon arrival. Safely drive customer vehicles to and from the Quick Lube bays. Relay messages between customers, service advisors, and technicians as needed. Assist with the closing of Repair Orders (ROs), ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support service advisors and service managers with administrative or operational tasks as directed. Maintain a clean and organized service drive and work area. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the service department.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must pass a background check. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment. Comfortable working outdoors in different weather elements and on your feet for extended periods.
Work Environment:
This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
