Client Account Associate:

Assess and meet with leads, identify key decision-makers, and tailor solutions that meet individual customer needs. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Follow up with customers to deliver a seamless experience, set appointments, and close sales. Collaborate with the Client Account Associate team to meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Attend weekly meetings with leadership and management to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and stay current on new marketing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. Client Account Associate Role:

Must be 18 years or older 0-2 years in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required Ability to work independently, results-driven, persuasive, positive attitude, and resilient Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment, with a genuine interest in advancing a career in the marketing industry
