Client Account Associate:

Assess and meet with leads, identify key decision-makers, and tailor solutions that meet individual customer needs. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Follow up with customers to deliver a seamless experience, set appointments, and close sales. Collaborate with the Client Account Associate team to meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Attend weekly meetings with leadership and management to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and stay current on new marketing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
