Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling customer inquiries, coordinating logistics operations, managing accounts receivable, and assisting with inventory processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person Handle order entry, tracking, and status updates with accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery Manage and resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and urgency Assist with accounts receivable including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation Maintain accurate customer and order records in our system Support inventory control by helping to track stock levels, coordinate cycle counts, and address discrepancies Generate reports related to customer activity, billing, and inventory as needed Provide administrative support to the operations team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field Experience with accounts receivable and basic accounting procedures is a plus Familiarity with inventory systems and logistics processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems
