Job Summary As a CSR , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries related to billing, products, and services. Your primary responsibilities include answering calls, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team. You will also play a key role in resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and digital platforms professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information regarding Plumb Pro+ services, products, and billing inquiries. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints using Service Titan. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to a supervisor when necessary. Identify potential sales opportunities and inform customers of promotions or specials. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution. Follow company policies and guidelines while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
