Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule and dispatch HVAC and electrical service appointments based on customer needs. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide customers with updates on service status and technician arrival times. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple communications simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM or dispatching software (training provided). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
