Communicate professionally on a daily basis with the customer representative. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm. Review customer invoices, bill of lading, and packing lists for accuracy. Verify shipment for accuracy using BOL, invoices, pack lists, etc. Research any discrepancies and determine the best methods to resolve the dispute. Review the documents to determine the reason for disputes. Prepare supporting backup documents, invoices, BOL, etc., to send to the customer to confirm valid shipment of goods, per the invoice. Manage and respond to emails promptly, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain a positive, professional rapport with various internal and external customers. Assist Operations team with various tasks, including office and shipping supplies, scheduling on-site repair services, and other relevant tasks. May support the Shipping team with clerical tasks, when needed. Protect operations by keeping business strategies, trade secrets, and financial confidential. Ensures compliance with antitrust regulations, including communication about concerns, liabilities or unethical activities. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and

Effectively apply internal and external customer service practices and processes to meet quality service standards and achieve satisfaction. Utilize knowledge and experience in performing job functions. Use logic, reasoning, and mathematical skills to solve practical problems and make sound decisions. Communicate in a professional manner and deliver information clearly and effectively. Actively listen to questions, opinions and ideas of others. Use tact and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations. Proficient use of computers and software, WMS, Microsoft Office, and use of EXCEL is required.. EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred 5-7 years of customer service/logistics experience.
