In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers and provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. This role will also be responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction and customer retention. Pay Rate $18.50 per hour Schedule and Hours Varies with workload 7 00 am to 3 30 pm Logistics Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities Provide information about products and services; assist with orders, cancellations, and complain resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, complaints, and resolutions Resolve billing issues through actions such as merchandise exchanges, refunds, and account adjustments ensure all customer issues are resolved effectively and follow up to confirm satisfaction Determine service charges, collect payments, and coordinate billing arrangements Notify customers of claim outcomes and planned adjustments Process address changes and service discontinuation requests using company systems Compare invoices against documentation and make necessary adjustments Logistics Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in logistical operations, as well as customer service Ability to solve problems and handle customer complaints Proficiency in MS Office or familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus Job Type Full time, temporary Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service Interested in this job?
