What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and schedule service appointments Communicate effectively with technicians and customers Create estimates and sell work to customers Translate technical language into simple explanations Manage workflow and technician efficiency Order parts, maintain inventory, and keep the office organized Uphold high standards of customer service and ethics
Who You Are:
Experience:
3+ years as a service writer or service advisor (Required)
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills Automotive knowledge and computer proficiency
Other Requirements:
