- Guide them on unit sizes, pricing, and perks. Keep things running smoothly
- Log maintenance requests and update service tickets. Handle payments and accounts
- Process transactions, manage billing, and follow up on past-due accounts. Be a problem-solving rockstar
- Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and keep the experience stress-free. Upsell like a champ
- Offer extras like insurance and packing supplies to make storage a breeze. Previous sales or upselling experience is preferred. You’ll Be a Perfect Fit If You… Love helping people
- Customer service is your jam . Are a multitasking master
- Emails, calls, software? You handle it all with ease. Have call center & high-volume customer service experience
- (3+ years preferred). Are tech-savvy
- Experience with MS Outlook, Sitelink, and ServiceChannel is a plus! Have Storage Industry knowledge
- 1 year preferred Can work independently
- You’re self-motivated and ready to own your role . (Bonus Points!) Speak Spanish
