We are a small, local business that prides itself on being a destination for people who love their furry family members and want to give those pets everything they need to live a happy and healthy life. Skills needed to succeed:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations based on their needs
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities Comfort level with all types of cats & dogs Retail experience Register experience.

Willingness to learn, assist customers, and be engaged in the training process Ability to multi-task (customer interactions, register, stocking, cleaning, etc.) Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently. Ability to spend most of your shift on your feet. Able to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly, bend, squat, twist and lift. Honest, dependable, hard-working, outgoing, personable, and prompt. • Saturday 10-7 Sunday 11-5 All full time & part time employees work full days (part time is 2+ full days) Full time employees work 1 weekend shift every weekend. Availability November
