We’re seeking a warm, detail-oriented receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. This pivotal role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating client flow, supporting our team, and delivering top-notch service from the moment someone walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a friendly, professional demeanor and ensure a calming first impression. Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage client inquiries using Vagaro and our business systems. Schedule and confirm appointments, assisting with changes and cancellations as needed. Guide clients through the check-in and check-out process, promoting product sales and rebookings. Maintain a tidy and organized reception, waiting, and retail area. Support the spa team by managing laundry rotation and helping with room turnovers during downtime. Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and gift cards.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Familiarity with scheduling software (Vagaro experience a plus). Calm and clear under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a relaxed environment. A natural team player who takes initiative and brings a positive energy to the space.
