This remote position requires an individual who can provide exceptional support to our clients, conduct training, and help solve complex issues related to our accounts payable automation application. Key Responsibilities Serve as the front line of support for the onePAY application, following established Customer Success processes and procedures Organize and assign support tickets, manage triage, and strive for first-contact resolution to ensure complete customer satisfaction Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on user experience, staying familiar with key clients’ system usage, features/functionality, and common use-case scenarios Troubleshoot reported issues, communicate with clients via phone and email, and identify trends in user challenges Analyze problems to determine severity, investigate potential workarounds, and create best practices documentation Conduct virtual and occasional on-site training for clients Travel periodically for client relationship building and on-site training Learn and maintain expertise in the onePAY application and all relevant software Preferred Qualifications Professional experience in a customer support role with direct client interaction Strong computer acumen (MS Office Suite) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to think critically, ask insightful questions, and solve complex problems Self-motivated work ethic with ability to excel in a remote environment Availability to provide flexible support hours (up to 7pm EST approximately 1-2 days per week) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Commitment to personal improvement and reliability to team and clients Experience in Accounts Payable and/or ERP/Accounting software Background in client relationship management at a high level Technical proficiency with Windows-based software Work Environment 100% remote, work-from-home position Results Oriented Work Environment (ROWE) Fast-paced, team-oriented culture that values proactive problem-solving This role will be a great fit for you if you: Thrive on working with large datasets, analyzing critical insights, and solving complex problems to help clients achieve stronger business outcomes.
