Job Summary:

Support the daily operations of Antonio’s Pizzeria by assisting customers at the counter and over the phone, ensuring an exceptional dining and takeout experience while upholding company standards and helping management with key tasks.

Responsibilities:

Take phone and counter orders while offering great customer service. Communicate orders and special requests clearly to the kitchen team. Assist with opening and closing procedures, setting up for the day and cleaning at the end of the shift. Support inventory by monitoring stock levels and notifying the Restaurant Manager when items need replenishing.

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, timely service. Address any customer inquiries or concerns professionally, escalating to the Restaurant Manager as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow staff to ensure a positive work environment. Follow directions from supervisors and support new staff as needed.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Keep workstations and customer areas clean and organized throughout the shift. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role is a requirement Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming space for customers and fellow staff members.
