Job Description
Customer Experience Specialist Location:
North Charleston, SC Schedule:
(Remote 2 days/week , Monday and Friday) Onsite Tuesday-Thursday; available between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM for an 8-hour shift (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay:
$22/hr
Position Summary:
The Customer Experience Specialist supports the sales team by processing orders, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, and order status Process incoming sales orders via phone, email, web, or EDI systems Generate quotes for stock products and complete shipping documentation for international orders Handle invoicing, including freight charges and credit card transactions Provide administrative support to sales and support teams Follow

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 0-1 year of relevant experience Strong communication and customer service skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Organized, adaptable, and collaborative
