This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced customer facing environment and is dedicated to preparing delicious, safe, and 100% gluten-free meals. Key Responsibilities Prepare, and cook, gluten-free menu items according to establish recipes and dietary guidelines. Maintain a clean organized and compliant mobile kitchen space in line with health regulations. Ensure cross-contamination is prevented at all stages of prep, cooking and service. Collaborate on seasonal menu development and special event offerings. Manage inventory, order supplies and track food cost efficiently. Interact with customers to answer questions and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Assist with set up breakdown and daily logistics of the food truck operation.
