A perfect fit into our team would be someone that is enthusiastic, patient, people oriented, has a love for technology, enjoys helping others and is goal/bonus motivated. The duties include welcoming customers into our store, answering incoming calls, responding to customer online quotes, entering new repair tickets, consulting with the customer on their device issues, selling devices(phones, laptops, gaming merch) and accessories (cases, battery packs, tempered glass), completing ticket reviews and overseeing customer correspondence. This position requires the ability to multi-task, work independently and stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours).
