The Perfect Point is a premium beach cabana rental company based on the scenic shores of Isle of Palms, SC. We offer elevated coastal experiences for guests seeking comfort, style, and impeccable service. As we grow, we’re looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Associate to help ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest interactions.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests before, during, and after their rental experience. You’ll help manage inquiries, process reservations, coordinate logistics with our field team, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and booking inquiries Manage online reservation system and availability calendar Coordinate guest requests with operations team (delivery/setup updates, special requests) Follow up with guests for post-visit feedback and reviews Resolve issues with professionalism and positivity Assist with outreach to local hotels, Airbnb hosts, and event planners for potential partnerships (optional special project work)
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, professional communicator with strong attention to detail Comfortable handling customer concerns with empathy and efficiency Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Tech-savvy (experience with Gmail, booking software, and phone systems preferred)
