Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our box office operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and resolving customer inquiries. - Provide technical support and guidance to customers experiencing difficulties with services or systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient box office operations and address customer needs.
- Manage order entry processes with precision to minimize errors and maintain workflow integrity.
- Deliver thoughtful and timely responses to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, offering solutions and assistance to customers.
