Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This Contract-to-Permanent position will allow you to showcase your communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound customer calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
  • Manage outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or appointments.
  • Process customer orders and input data accurately into company systems.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with service teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle email correspondence with customers, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and maintain documentation.
  • Dispatch technicians to customer locations, ensuring proper communication and scheduling.
  • Maintain a meticulous demeanor while effectively handling challenging situations.
  • Support team members in achieving customer service goals and meeting deadlines. Requirements
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Familiarity with data entry and order processing systems.
  • Experience scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians.
  • Knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
