On-site role Mon-Fri (w/1 hour lunch)

Customer Service Representative –

Ocean Import Job Responsibilities:

Assist customer inquiries for import cargo through email and phone Monitor all assigned cargo that is in transit or at terminal Cross functionally communicates to manage timely delivery of cargo and escalate where needed
Working knowledge of MS Office products Preferred skills (not required)
US Regulatory Transportation Requirement Knowledge of International Cargo Container Movement Experience with Terminal and Rail Operations
