Customer Service/Sales Representative Position Available In Charleston, South Carolina

Customer Service/Sales Representative Charleston Glass, LLC 4231 Spruill Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405 We are a family-owned business, proudly serving the Charleston area for over 60 years. We are currently looking for a front desk representative. This position will be the first point of contact for our customers via incoming phone calls and walk-in clientele. The position is fast paced and requires patience and attention to detail. This position requires working closely with others, so being a team player is essential. Responsibilities Manage active phone lines Provide assistance to walk-in customers Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a reasonable timeframe; follow up to ensure resolution File documents accurately Follow office policies, procedures and guidelines Skills Proven customer support experience Strong phone handling and active listening skills Ability to adapt/respond to different situations and personalities Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Strong basic math skills

GLASS BUSINESS EXPERIENCE A PLUS

Hours are Monday – Thursday 7am – 4pm; Fridays 7am-3pm
