Join our small but growing Charleston-based MSP as our very first team member! You’ll provide mostly remote IT support (with some on-site visits in the greater Charleston area) to local small and medium-sized businesses. This part-time role (20-25 hours/week) is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact. What You’ll Do Support clients remotely and occasionally on-site with Windows Desktop/Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, group policy, print management, and backups. Use RMM and security tools to keep client systems running smoothly. Troubleshoot IT issues and help set up new tech solutions. Communicate clearly and positively with clients-people skills are a must! Learn industry-specific software (medical, energy, legal). (Bonus) Help us find new clients and grow the business if you’re interested in sales.

What We’re Looking For:

Based in or near Charleston, SC (for local visits). Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and basic IT troubleshooting. Friendly, personable, and great with people.
