Full and Part Time Customer Service Representatives Charleston Prestige Cleaners 480 East Bay Street, Charleston, SC 29403 Charleston Prestige Cleaners is hiring team members to join our bustling business. We are seeking upbeat, high-energy individuals to serve as Customer Service Representatives and the face of Charleston Prestige Cleaners.

Position Summary:

Charleston Prestige Cleaners Customer Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer experience and best-in-class garment care. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of customer service experience, demonstrate the ability to work well with others, and be able to move in a fast-paced environment. We are hiring full-time positions. (Monday-Friday 8am-3pm or 12pm-6pm) as well as every other Saturday 10am-2pm. Part-time position will discuss hours at interview.)

Responsibilities and Duties Customer Service Representatives are responsible for greeting customers, creating and maintaining a customer-centric culture that exceeds expectations through exceptional personal attention to customers and their garments, organizing orders, marking in orders and closing/opening cash register. Other responsibilities include soliciting customer feedback, sharing feedback with management, using feedback to improve site operations and brand loyalty, and proactively seeking ways to provide value by assisting other areas when not busy at the counter.

Functional Skills:

Proficient with computer applications including Excel, Word and e-mail applications; an aptitude to learn internal computer systems to perform critical job duties; and cash management skills.
