Permanent schedules with a weekend requirement Flexible pay: direct deposit with daily and weekly options Healthcare coverage and 401K Paid on-the-job training Job Requirements The duties and attributes that make a great customer service agent include: 6 months of previous call center experience and customer service experience Data entry, key stroke accuracy Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems Must be able to maintain a permanent full time, 40 hr./wk schedule. Must be dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail High School diploma or GED equivalency Confident and capable of upselling WFH After 90 days with the below: Ability to connect to High-Speed Internet at your primary residence. Able to connect directly to router with Ethernet cable Must have a dedicated work space during working hours free of outside noise and distraction Minimum network speed of: 25 Mbps download speed 10 Mbps upload speed
