Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Document and update customer interactions in a CRM system accurately and promptly. Follow up with customers as needed to provide status updates or resolve escalations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns. Maintain familiarity with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information. Meet performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Identify opportunities for process improvement and share ideas with the team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a call center environment. Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment. Proficient in using digital communication tools and CRM systems. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup. Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, if required. The pay range for this role is: 27 – 32 USD per hour(Remote (North Charleston, South Carolina, US))
