  • Guide them on unit sizes, pricing, and perks. Keep things running smoothly
  • Log maintenance requests and update service tickets. Handle payments and accounts
  • Process transactions, manage billing, and follow up on past-due accounts. Be a problem-solving rockstar
  • Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and keep the experience stress-free. Upsell like a champ
  • Offer extras like insurance and packing supplies to make storage a breeze. You’ll Be a Perfect Fit If You… Love helping people
  • Customer service is your jam . Are a multitasking master
  • Emails, calls, software? You handle it all with ease. Have call center & collections experience
  • (3+ years preferred). Are tech-savvy
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Sitelink, and ServiceChannel is a plus! Can work independently
