Manufacturing Customer Service Representative 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 859 Victory Trail Rd, Gaffney, SC 29340 Home Fashions International is looking for a versatile candidate with a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with customer service, supply management, material planning, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be the point of contact for our Sales Department and their retail customers. Requirements Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. •Bilingual is a plus.•Must possess experience in administrative with knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Must have strong organizational skills, be assertive, flexible, and customer service minded. Must be able to work in a close team environment. Perform various tasks in assistance or support of the organization Adhere to all work and safety rules. Must possess the skills to provide quality customer service including the ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations. Ability to perform assigned work tasks with little or no supervision. Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office. Must be able to learn ERP software and other software required for the CSR department. Filing completed files and helping to maintain the archived files. Perform all CSR responsibilities including but not limited to the management of bill of lading filing for any/all customers by following the terms and conditions determined in customer/ agreements. Maintain a high level of professionalism with your assigned customers as well as with ALL customers.
