General Summary:
The CSR II is responsible for establishing and maintaining all records and information pertinent to customer accounts and handles all new service applications.
Essential Job Functions:
Handle all processes for new service applications including internet, landlines, security, TV, and wireless services; Handle billing on all security orders and commercial accounts Assist the Sales Team with order entry and questions as they arise; Assist the Central Office personnel in the processing of specific orders or issues for special circuits, trunks, PRIs and VOIPs; Assist Installation and Repair Technicians with order maintenance and installation issues; Create labor report, cleanup projects, update yearly phone directory and maintain changes to databases related to customers’ accounts; Provide information on company services and other requests; Perform other duties, as assigned by
Customer Service Manager Education and Experience:
High school or equivalent; two to four years of telecommunications or comparable experience. Commercial experience is desirable
