While reporting to the Segment Customer Service Manager for the Sonoco Perimeter of the Store business segment (Formally Highland Packaging facility), you will be a customer advocate who shows great follow through and can be highly productive in a fast-paced work environment. Additionally, you will become knowledgeable regarding product line focused on thermoforming clam shell production What you’ll be doing: You will handle any customer questions or concerns regarding order status and other related issues. You will maintain customer files both physical and in the computer system You will coordinate with production and ensure orders are scheduled and all deliveries are on time You will quote customers pricing, enter new customer projects and any corrective actions. You will prepare sample orders for sales staff and customers. You will be forward facing to walk-in customers and visitors providing additional light receptionist duties as needed.
