Johnson Service Group, a nationally recognized professional recruiting firm is actively seeking an onsite Customer Success Associate in Summerville, SC.
Summary:
The Customer Success Associate will correspond directly with customers, operations, and vendors regarding order management and any issues that occur with those orders.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all in-bound customer correspondence (written and verbal) in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
Take ownership of vendor interactions including quotes, order management, invoicing, product and service issue resolution.
Provide timely support to the sales and operations teams with basic reporting data. Maintain an open line of communication with other offices to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least two years of relevant customer service experience
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Any prior ERP or Salesforce experience is advantageous Strong organization and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm
