We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products will be essential in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash register operations. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by replenishing stock as needed. Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product displays and promote sales. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Conduct basic retail math calculations to assist customers with pricing inquiries. Skills Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Proven sales experience in a retail environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with retail sales techniques and best practices. Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing. Strong understanding of retail math for accurate pricing and inventory management. Experience in supervising or training new staff is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Ability to manage stock levels effectively, ensuring availability of products on the sales floor.
