Olsten Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

• Customer Service Representative
• to join a company located in Florence, South Carolina. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats throughout the day.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Calculate and prepare daily service reports and invoices + Maintain customer contract files and ensure accurate documentation + Enter calibration reports using Microsoft Word + Maintain inventory records and receive parts + Type and prepare sales and service quotations + Answer incoming phone calls and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy + Support various administrative tasks as needed •

Qualifications:

• + High School Diploma or equivalent required + Minimum of 3 years of administrative or customer service experience + Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills + Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Highly organized and self-motivated + Experience with NetSuite Software is a plus
