Cashiers have a very important role to by setting the stage with the initial customer interaction and experience. Cashiers greet guests, verify waivers, complete transactions and help answer questions with a smile on their face and a great attitude! Cashiers also perform receptionist duties and cleaning. Please note that while we have some weekday hours, most shifts are on the weekends during the school year. Qualifications Ability to project voice and speak in front of groups Ability to work in fast action environment while maintaining control Ability to give direction and enforce rules Ability to handle and resolve problems Must be minimum 16 years old Must have reliable transportation Availability to work week-ends and some weekday evenings. Weekday shifts available. Ability to handle money and credit transactions Ability to provide excellent Guest service in person Responsibilities Greet the Guests Provide program and pricing information Enforce Waiver (Participant Agreement) policies Complete sales transactions and handle cash Explain Sky Zone court policies Handle concessions orders Stock supplies Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested Maintain regular attendance for all scheduled shifts Reliable transportation is required.
