Customer Service Representative 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 433 New Woodruff Road, Greer, SC 29651 Top Turf is the Southeast’s leading independently owned lawn care and pest control company. We are currently looking for team-oriented individuals that are dedicated to providing high-quality customer service to our customers. Our customer service representatives are a vital part of the company and the first voice our current and potential customers will hear. The ideal candidate is a positive person with good communication skills and a strong work ethic and is eager to learn as no experience is necessary and we will provide all training through the company. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm

Hourly Pay:

$14.00 + commissions Responsibilities of a

Customer Service Representative:

Answers inbound customer service calls, resolves customer service concerns, and provides resolutions and timely follow-up with customers Escalates customer issues requiring extensive problem solving to the appropriate individual Checks production for accuracy and enters in any missing production invoices Generates sales of extra services for current and potential customers General data entry to help complete projects in a timely manner Support other staff in anything they made need help with Qualifications of a

Customer Service Representative:

Ability to maintain and personify our core values – positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed Good verbal and written skills Computer skills preferred Must be able to type at least 50 WPM Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance Able to pass a background check and drug screen
