CSR – Customer Service Representative Holley Electric Greenwood, SC 29649

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Holley Electric team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, processing payments, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch electrical service and installation appointments. Input and update customer information and job details in the company’s CRM or dispatch software – ServiceTitan. Confirm appointments and notify customers of technician arrival times or delays. Handle customer complaints, follow up on open issues, and escalate as needed. Process customer payments and maintain accurate billing records. Maintain knowledge of company services, promotions, warranties, and policies. Work closely with field technicians and management to ensure efficient service delivery. Track and follow up on unsold leads or maintenance agreements. Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and assisting with reporting.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 year of customer service experience (Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC trades industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with dispatch or CRM software – ServiceTitan Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Office-based with standard hours, typically Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends or evenings may be required. May involve occasional overtime during peak seasons (summer/winter).
