Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with customers. Provide multilingual support as needed, particularly in English and Spanish. Skills Proficient in English. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze information effectively to resolve customer issues. Familiarity with office software and call center operations is preferred. Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats.
