Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM-5:30
PM Alternating Saturdays:
8:00 AM-3:00
PM What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily routes Dispatching technicians to ensure smooth and timely service Maintaining accurate records and updates in scheduling software
What We’re Looking For:
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling/database software) Clear, professional communication and a friendly phone presence Strong typing skills with attention to detail Excellent organizational abilities Familiarity with Horry County/Grand Strand, and areas like Calabash and Sunset Beach, NC Previous experience scheduling or dispatching in a service industry is a big plus Dependability is a must: consistent attendance and punctuality are essential Ready to Apply?
