Can you sell the benefits of vacationing in one of our fantastic beach rentals? Can you paint the picture of relaxing on the soft, warm sandy beach while engaging the caller in lively conversation? Can you build long-term relationships with your guests? If so, you may be the team member we’re looking for! In addition to having a positive attitude and being customer focused, the winning candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, great communication and computer skills, be fun loving, confident, and motivated. Additional Skills you’ll need: Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware

  • laptops, tablets and mobile devices.

Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts. Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions. Highly responsive and reliable Strong attention to detail Ability to work as a team Knowledgeable of computer programs, Micorosoft Word/Excel/Outlook Adhere to all company policies and procedures Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
  • Utilize time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize guest needs.
  • Utilize computer skills to manage reservations, process payments, and update guest information.
  • Utilize sales techniques to promote amenities and upsell.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis to support daily operations.
