Hwy 9, Little River, SC 29566 Description of the role: Bell & Bell GMC is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Little River, SC. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customer needs Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers Schedule service appointments and manage service orders Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided
Requirements:
