Job Description:

1st Shift Customer Service Representative/Receptionist NescoResource is hiring for the 1st Great Temp-to-Perm opportunity!

KeyDuties and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally tocustomer inquiries via phone, &email Provide accurateinformation about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate as needed.

Maintain customer records by updating account information. Processorders, forms, applications, and requests. Handle customercomplaints calmly and effectively. Work collaboratively with otherteam members to meet goals.

Qualifications:

Previous customerservice experience preferred. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities andattention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customerservice software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.). Able to adaptto changes quickly and work independently.

Pay:

$18.50/hr

WorkSchedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
