SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

TransOx is now accepting applications for a full time Customer Service Representative who is able to work Monday-Friday. Competitive Pay plus benefits for full time employees as pay is negotiable based upon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls on multi line phones and relaying accurate and detailed information.
• Processing incoming orders for all patients through e-mail platform.
• Date entry and verification of patient information.
• Direct communication with Patient Service Technicians and Billing Specialist in regards to processed orders.
• General office tasks and responsibilities and all other general CSR duties that may arise

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Brightree experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to multi-task well and with precision
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to function in fast paced environment
• This position requires background check, pre-employment drug screen
