Part Time Service Advisor Wed thru Fri Discount Tire of West Columbia 3219 Platt Springs Road, West Columbia, SC 29170 Discount Tire of West Columbia is looking to fill a part time customer service/sales position. Focus of the job is helping customers with tire and auto repair needs. Must be reliable, a people person and able to multitask. Basic automotive knowledge and some industry experience is preferred. Schedule will be Wednesday through Friday 7:30am to 5pm. Summary As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction in vehicle maintenance and repair. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in automotive diagnostics, service writing, and sales to effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle needs. Your relevant knowledge in various automotive repairs and tires will enable you to provide accurate estimates and solutions.
