In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting customers with their inquiries, and providing excellent customer care. The ideal candidate will possess strong cash handling skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. Duties Operate the cash register efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed information to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed. Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as necessary. Support supervisory staff in training new associates and maintaining team morale. Experience Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can assist a broader range of customers. Experience in sales or upselling is a plus, demonstrating an ability to meet customer needs while driving revenue.
