Due to critical service need of the communities we serve, we areoffering a $1000 sign-on bonus.• We are eager to continue toprovide quality and compassionate care in our service areas andneed you to make this happen! The CRS is part of theperson-centered integrated care team and responsible for greetingpatients as they arrive, check-in/check-out, verifying demographicsand collecting co-pays, if applicable. This may include primarycare, dental, behavioral health and specialist appointments. Thisposition is fast-paced, requiring continuous interactions withco-workers and patients. This is a full-time, benefit eligibleposition. The schedule is Monday•Thursday 7:15am•6:00pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Greet patients as they arriveand stay consistent with the company’s customer service philosophyManage consumer appointments, confirm appointments and alertpatients if they need to bring any information to appointment(co-pays, past due balances, paperwork for PAP and/or sliding feescale) Data Entry into EHR systems Complete financial paperwork,ensuring all required forms are completed in entirety Verifyinsurance/demographic information at each visit and update ifnecessary Collect co-pays, when applicable Answer phone in politeand courteous manner Direct phone calls and messages to appropriateoffice staff Monitor waiting area to ensure timeliness ofappointments Check provider’s schedule daily for additions Receivedaily reports from MIS for information needed on patients that haveupcoming appointments Balance daily batch and turns in moneycollected for the day to Office Supervisor or Regional OfficeManager, when applicable Disperse daily mail Ensure lobby/waitingarea is clean and picked up Travel to other clinic sites, as neededRegular attendance except as excused, with flexibility to changehours to accommodate the clinic needs Maintain strictestconfidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulationsConduct self in accordance with employee manual Attend all trainingas required by company, Accreditors and Funders Keep abreast of anyupdates/changes regarding insurance and communicate those to OfficeSupervisor Communicate any changes/updates discovered through othermeans to Office Supervisor Other duties as assigned
