3-6 months Experience Required (Must-Haves): Experience working in a customer service or call center environment (2+ years preferred)/ Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database software Roles and Responsibilities – + Respond to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries with promptness and professionalism. + Ensure effective customer relations by providing accurate, timely, and courteous responses. + Document all inquiries accurately. + Research and process adjustments as needed. + Work with other departments to resolve issues. + Respond to and assist with priority inquiries and special projects assigned by management. + Provide customer feedback to management. + Maintain records of complaints and recommend changes to improve the process. + Follow company policies and maintain knowledge of quality work instructions. + Help improve processes by recommending changes in procedures. + Identify and report fraudulent activities or system errors to relevant departments. Top Skills Details Data entry, Microsoft office, insurance/medical office experience, adaptability, communication and organization skills Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 – $15.50/hr.
