Description Contract to hire Onsite position with potential to work remote

Hours/Schedule:

Monday- Friday/8:30-5pm This varies by person, depending on how quickly they grasp the information, but an estimate is a total of 3 months in the office between the classroom and OTJ training before someone may be released to start working from home. In person interviews will be conducted Roles and Responsibilities – Customer Interaction (65%): Promptly, accurately, and courteously respond to inquiries via telephone, written communication, web, or walk-ins. Document all customer inquiries precisely. Issue Resolution (15%): Conduct research and process adjustments to resolve issues. Collaborate with other departments to address and solve problems. Priority Handling (10%): Manage priority inquiries and assist with special projects as directed by management. Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and needs. Maintain records of complaints and suggest improvements to management. Ensure complaints are resolved or appropriately escalated. Compliance and Improvement (5%): Stay informed about quality work instructions and company policies. Recommend and implement process improvements. Identify and report fraudulent activities or system errors to the appropriate departments.
